The plan you selected when you started your free trial, will automatically carry over once you've activated your account. If you want to change which plan you're currently on, you can do so by following the instructions below.
- Note: Only users with access to Firm Settings can make changes to the subscription plan. If you do not not have access to Settings, contact your System Admin to provide access or make the desired plan changes.
SWITCHING TO THE LEGAL PRO PLAN
Upgrade your account to Legal Pro, to provide access to additional account features. To do this, please follow these instructions:
- Click your name at the top right of any page and select Settings in the drop-down menu.
- Click on your Subscription tab.
- Once you are here, you can click the blue "Upgrade" button, located below the Legal Pro Plan.
- Click "OK" to confirm.
- The change in your subscription bill amount will be reflected on your next billing cycle.

SWITCHING TO THE TIME & BILLING PLAN
If Legal Pro provides features that you no longer need and you're looking to reduce your subscription cost, you can change back to the Time & Billing plan instead. To do this, please follow these instructions:
- Click your name at the top right of any page and select Settings in the drop-down menu.
- Click on your Subscription tab.
- Once you are here, you can click the blue "Upgrade" button, located below the Time & Billing Plan.
- Click "OK" to confirm.
- The change in your subscription bill amount will be reflected on your next billing cycle.
- Changes must be made 5 days prior to the subscription renewal date for the change in price to take effect.
