We are so happy that you selected us for your payment needs! We have many amazing new features in store for you moving forward - including an easy way to process payments internally by you on behalf of your client.
Until we have this functionality available - we wanted to highlight an easy way to accomplish this today!
*Please note - to make a payment you will need "Allow Guest Access" enabled in your Payments & Client Portal sub tab in Settings.
Simply go to Invoicing from your main navigation bar and click on the invoice you would like to pay and click the blue "Email" button.
Then click the blue hyperlink - "click here to generate invoice link".
Once the link is available - right click on the link with your mouse and click to open it in a new tab. Click on that tab and you will now see the invoice as your end-client sees it when they open it as a guest via the Client Portal. Click either of the green "Pay Now" buttons.
You will then be able to fill out the payment information (just as your end-client would be able to do - if they were making the payment). Once all of the required fields are complete - as well as the email recipients - click the green Submit button to complete the transaction.
