When you're in the Settings screen, it's a "View Only" state. To make changes, click the "Edit Settings" button in the upper right hand corner. Don't forget to click the Save Changes button when you are done! If you are still having problems changing your settings, please reach out to our Customer Success Agent at Support@Bill4Time.com.
Note: Certain settings can only be modified by a system administrator. If you are notified you do not have permissions, please contact your Bill4Time system administrator.
