Yes! Several items can be imported into Bill4TIme as long as your data is in a .CSV or Excel format (.xls, .xlsx, etc.) with all fields in their respective columns.
If you have the Bill4Time Enterprise Add-on to your subscription, we can import your:
- Projects (Matters)
- Time/Expense Entries
- Starting Balances
If you are on Bill4Time Legal Pro subscription, we can do a one-time import for your
- Project (Matters)
Please note: Bill4Time is unable import your Invoices from your previous billing software.
Please send an e-mail the Technical Support Team (Support@Bill4Time.com) with your Company ID, request to import it into your account, the files attached, and the Import Intake Form completed. After the data is received in the correct format the request takes about 5-7 business days to complete.. It is most helpful to include all files you wish to be imported so that this transfer of data can be completed without delays.
- The Clients, Projects (Matters), and Contacts spreadsheets must have a minimum of 50 rows
- The Time and Expense entries spreadsheets must have a minimum of 100 rows.
- Make sure your Client address information is all separated into their own columns.
