On the login page (https://secure.bill4time.com) click the Forgot Password link.
You can then enter your email address and click the Send Reset Email button. It will then email you a link to reset your current password IF your email address is already in your User Details.
If your email address is not there (or your email address is different from the one that you put in now) we are unable to send the reset password link to e-mails not dictated in the User Details for security purposes.
Please contact a System Admin in your account to enter or update your email address in your User Details or change the password for you.
