On the login page (https://secure.bill4time.com) click the Forgot Password link under the Log In button.
You can then enter your email address and click the Send Reset Email button. It will then email you a link to reset your current password IF your email address is already in your User Information tab of your User Profile.
If your email address is not there (or your email address is different from the one that that exists in the system) we are unable to send the reset password link to e-mails not dictated in the User Details for security purposes.
Please contact a System Admin in your account to enter or update your email address in your User Details or change the password for you.
*Please note - password character limit is 16.
