Does the 0.1 time increment mean 10 minutes or 6 minutes?

The increment is a fraction of an hour. 1/4 of an hour is 15 minutes. So that means 0.25 = 15 minutes (not 25 minutes).

When you see "0.1" in the time entry, it means "6 minutes."

Also, when adding time you can hover over the Labor Time and it will give you the precise time you entered in a pop-up.
