How can I have a summary of the total hours of each employee?

You can view a summary of the totals when you are running your invoices by following these steps:

Click the blue Reports tab
Click the User Summary report
Put in the desired date range
Scroll down and put a check next to “Show Only Summary” found under Options.
Click the Update button.
