The Time/Expenses page is designed to show the time and expenses per week for the user signed in.
If you have permissions to see other users time or expenses you can see the sentence "Showing "All Entries" for the week of " March xx, xxxx, for "Myself"". You then want to change "Myself" to "all users". The Time/Expenses screen will show all the time and expenses for each day and week for all users instead of only yourself.
