What does it mean where there is a Pad Lock on an entry on my Dashboard?

When you are on your Dashboard and you see a time entry with a pad lock next to it, this means the entry is on a finalized invoice and can not be edited. If you unfinalize that invoice you can then go ahead and edit the entry as needed.
