Can I view the schedule for a certain user or all users in my account?

If you are an Admin and would like to see the scheduled items for any or all users then follow the steps below:


  1. Click the Scheduler from your blue menu bar
  2. At the top, click on Users to get a list of your users in the account
  3. Check the boxes next to specific or click Select All Users to select everyone
  4. Click Done

The scheduled events for the users you selected will now be shown on your Scheduler.
