Please Note: When you make changes to an invoice template, all invoices (past and future) will be affected on all clients and/or projects that the template is assigned to.
- Top right, click your name and select Settings.
- Click on the Invoice Setup tab.
- Click the icon in the Edit column to the far right of the desired template
- Make the desired changes.
- Click the Save button.
If you need to edit an invoice template that is assigned to a specific client, do the following:
- Click on Clients in the Navigation bar.
- Click on the desired client.
- Click on the Invoice Presets tab.
- Click on the icon in the Edit Column for the invoice template that has a bold check mark next to it.
- Make the desired changes.
- Click the Save button.
**Please Note:** If you make changes to your Invoice template at the Client level, these are global changed and will affect any other Clients that are using that Invoice template. If you need to create a similar Invoice Template, learn how to Duplicate your Invoice Template.
