The URL, Page #s, etc., are showing on my printed invoice. How do I stop this?

When you pull an invoice you can click the Print option and print from your computer. This will print the HTML invoice with any settings you currently have in your browser so if your printer settings allow for the URL or Page #s, then that is what will print on your invoices. To turn these off follow the steps below:

 

For Mac - Safari

  1. Click on the Print button on the Invoice Details screen
  2. Press the Command (or Control) & P keys to open up the Print Details Dialogue box
  3. Make sure this is no check mark next to the phrase "Print headers and footers"
  4. Click the Print button

For Mac - Firefox

  1. Click on the Print button on the Invoice Details screen
  2. Press the Command (or Control) & keys to open up the Print Details Dialogue box
  3. Next to Page Headers and Page Footers, make sure you have all three pull-down menus blank
  4. Click the Print button

For PC - Firefox

  1. Click on the Print button on the Invoice Details screen
  2. Click Menu (3 horizontal lines) at the top right of your browser window and choose Print
  3. Click on Page Setup in the upper left
  4. Click the Margins & Header/Footer tab
  5. At the bottom of the dialogue box, make sure that the three bottom pull-down menus show "--blank--"
  6. Click the Ok button & proceed to print the invoice

For PC - Internet Explorer

  1. Click on the Cog Wheel icon under the Red X in your browser
  2. Hover over Print and click into Page Setup 
  3. Change the three pull-down menus under Header to be "-Empty-"
  4. Change the three pull-down menus under Footer to be "-Empty-"
  5. Click the OK button and proceed to print the invoice

For PC & Mac - Chrome

  1. Right click and choose "Print"
  2. Uncheck "Headers and Footers"
  3. Click the "Print" button
