Where do I enter the name for the ATTN line?

If you would like to put an Attention to on your invoice you can set this up by Client or Project. Follow the steps below for the Client level:

  1. Click Clients from your blue menu bar
  2. Click on the desired client
  3. Click the Invoice Presets tab
  4. Click the Edit Presets button
  5. Type in what you want in the text box next to "Invoice Attn"
  6. Click the Save button

If you would like a different Attn for a specific Project then follow the steps below:

  1. Click Projects from your blue menu bar
  2. Click on the desired project
  3. Click on the Invoice Presets tab
  4. Click the Edit Presets button
  5. Uncheck "Use Client Settings" at the to
  6. Type in what you want in the text box next to "Invoice Attn"
  7. Click the Save button

Once this is filled in, make sure that you have Invoice ATTN also selected in your Invoice Template. Top right, click your name and select Settings. From there, go to your Invoice Setup tab, then click the icon to the right of the template to edit. In the Client Details section, check the box next to "Attention" and click Save.

    This works fine if all of your invoices go to the same "client" contact, but with most of our clients we have separate billing contacts by project.  Is there any way to include the contact info from at the project level?
