How do I create (or generate) an invoice?


To create an Invoice follow the steps below:

  1. Click Invoicing from your blue menu bar
  2. Click the Create Invoice button (Note: All invoices start off as Pre-Bills until they are manually finalized)
  3. Choose your date range (Start Date pulls from the last time you invoiced or if you've never invoiced then it will pull all data. Billing Through Date is your stop date)
  4. Put a check to the left of the name of the desired clients or projects you wish to invoice
  5. Click the Save button

Once you click save you will be at the Pre-bill which you can make edits as needed, print, create a pdf, etc., Once you are finished you can click the Finalize button from each individual invoice’s Invoice Details page.
