How do I delete an accounting entry?

If you made a payment or adjustment that you would like to delete, follow the steps below:

 

  1. Click on the Accounting tab.
  2. Click on the desired client to whom the accounting entry was attributed. If you don't see the client's name, you can search for it by using the Client Name text box.
  3. Click on the desired accounting entry. A pop-up window will open.
  4. Click on the Delete button.
  5. Click on the Ok button.
