A list of Clients with their detailed information (such as address, phone, and email contacts) can be found in 2 ways:
Client List Report
This report can be found in the Entry & User section of the main Reports tab
- From the Entry & User section, select the Client List report and click on "[+] Show Advanced Filters".
- Simply check the box next to "Show Contact Details" then Run Report for those client email addresses to be included.
- To export this report into Excel format, simply click the small gray Excel icon at the top right of the report after generating to save a spreadsheet of these client contact details.
Backup Account Data

- Once the backup is completed, a zip file will be downloaded to your computer which contains individual .csv files for clients, projects, time & expense entries, etc.
- Simply open the Clients.csv contained within the zip file to view your list of Clients with addresses, phone numbers, emails, etc.
