With our Bill4Time Enterprise Plans you get Premium Support which includes Custom Fields, Unlimited Data Imports, Custom Invoice Templates, and Custom Reports.
If you've taken advantage of these options but are looking to downgrade, you must contact Support@Bill4Time.com in order to have your account downgraded, which will go into effect for your next billing cycle.
Following the downgrade of your account, you will lose access to Custom Reports and Custom Invoice templates you may of had created for your account. Previously imported data and Custom Fields data will remain intact, but you will only be able to downgrade one month after the last import/custom field request was processed. Upgrading back to Enterprise will restore your Custom Invoice Templates and Reports.
