New! Historical Rates Report

This report will pull all rates from time entries for users within the specified dates set in the filters.  This report provides the ability to see rates they billed clients at different times.  This report will only display rates for users/clients that had time entries created during the given date range.

Group by Client:

• A user may appear multiple times under a client if they have different rates on time entries

Group by Matter:

• This will show users multiple times if they have different rates on times entries for the matter

Group by User

Add Don’t Show Matter box:

• This is for firms that do not use matters

You can exclude or limit search in the clients, matters, and users.

Flat Fee/Percentage: Are not included in this report

Type Column: Standard, Overtime, Override, Double Time, Rate Lock

• This column will show if it is the standard rate set at the user, client, or matter level.  Or if it was marked as an override on the time entry.
