You are responsible for all charges incurred while your account/profile is still active. Please refer to the refund information below, for whichever billing method you're currently on.
MONTHLY BILLING
We do not provide any prorated refunds for accounts or user profiles that are deactivated in the middle of a monthly billing cycle.
Once you've disabled a user (or canceled your account), you do remain responsible for any current charges associated with your monthly billing cycle.
ANNUAL BILLING
We do not provide any prorated refunds for accounts or user profiles that are deactivated in the middle of an annual billing cycle.
Paying for additional users on an annual plan is essentially paying for "seats", and any "seats" paid for may be utilized for the rest of the year. Additional users added beyond your original "seat" count will be billed on a separate invoice when added (for a pro-rated amount, based on the months remaining in the annual billing cycle).
