Bill4Time provides you with an administrative report that shows the permissions set for each user. This report can be found under the Entry & User tab in Reports. It is typically used to rapidly determine which users have access to which features and information in the system.

By default, the Report will include all Users including Disabled; however, you may also select specific Users for the Report to show. This Report will also show all the major Permissions. To display only specific Permissions, uncheck any permissions you're not wanting to see.

Once you have selected the desired filters and clicked the blue ‘Run Report’ button, there should be a User column on the far left with the permission columns you selected to the right.
It includes sections for User, User Management, Client Management, Firm Settings, Billing Rates, View Balances, Receive Payments, Invoice Management, View Invoices, Resend Invoices/Balance Statements, Create/Edit Close Project, Access Project, Allow Projects assigned to this User, View Billable Hours, Time/Expenses, Enter Expenses, Override Time Entry Rates, Entries can be Excluded from Invoices, Time/Expense Entries, Scheduling, and Reporting.
