REPORTING QUICK TIPS
Double Check Reporting Permissions
User Permissions may impact reporting results. If you're only able to access your information, have the system administrator on your account update your User Permissions.
Select Your Time Frame
Some reports have 'Date Start' and 'Date End' fields at the top of the report filters box. Be sure to select the desired date range, if you just click run the date range defaults to the first of the month as the Start and the current date as the End. If you're wanting to see your entire history on that report, put in a Start date before your account was created, for instance, change the year to '2000'.
Use Advanced Filters to Narrow Down Results
Several reports will have a blue 'Show Advanced Filters' link toward the bottom of the report filters box. Clicking this link will provide even more options for the report, and show default settings.
Save Your Filters For Later
If you're setting up special filters for a report that you want to use every time, click the blue 'Save Filters' button so keep your selection for next time. This will allow you to make the selections you prefer and save that report as a 'Favorite' which will show up in your 'Favorites' sub-tab.
Download, Export, or Print Your Report Results
Once you've run the report, it can be printed or downloaded (as a PDF or Excel file) using the icons in the upper right corner of the report.
Grand Total
Many of our reports total each client or project individually, as well as display a Grand Total section on the bottom right of the report.
Search for Disabled Users, Clients, and Projects
You can include Users, Clients, and Projects that are currently disabled in the report by click on the clock icon. When it’s grey then any disabled information will not be included, when it’s blue then that information will be included.
Bookmark Reports
You can Bookmark the reports you use most often by clicking the star icon next to that report's blue 'Generate' button. Once selected that icon will turn grey and the report will show up on the 'Bookmarked' subtab.

COMMON QUESTIONS
How do I get an idea of current trust balances as of today?
Run the Trust Report with the Date Start and Date End showing the current date.
How do I get a Client Summary of activity including Trust?
Run both the Account Activity and Trust Reports.
Is there a report that shows both WIP and A/R aging per attorney?
You'll need to run two separate reports, the WIP Summary Report and the A/R Aging report (select an Account Manager to see the A/R for just that Account Manager).
Is there a collections report that sorts by project?
At this time, it will only group by Client, Account Manager, User, or Project Type.
Is there a report that shows unpaid invoices?
The Invoice Status report will let you filter for Unpaid or Unpaid/Partial.
Is there a way to only see Adjustments?
The Account Activity Report works great for this! Select your date range and uncheck all filters except Show Adjustments.
How do I report on projects that are "Bill at Closing"?
Run the Project Details report with the filter for "Bill Frequency" set to Bill at Closing. This will pull a list of the projects that Bill at Closing.
Is there a report that shows both the Private and Public Time Entry Fields?
The Project Summary Report will show both private and public descriptions.
Can the Late Fee report show late fees from past months?
No, the Late Fee report will only show the current late fees within the account.
