Feature Request - Open attached project files in a new browser window

When you upload an external file under a project it would be very helpful if when you access that file in the future it opened a new browser window.  Currently it takes you out of the Bill4time app and replaces your current tab with the file.  In most cases files we upload a file for reference and we do not went to exit the bill4time app.
