Keyboard shortcuts as in Word and Outlook

I need macros to set up keyboard shortcuts for phrases that I repeat again and again, such as "tcw" for "telephone conference with" or "dct" for "draft correspondence to." I use these in Word and Outlook and on other billing software I have had. If you add this capability bill4time would be great.

  I use custom lists all the time. But how about editing entries and perhaps allowing Shift-F3 to change case and other formatting shortcuts?
