Notifications on New Event on subscribed cases/projects

There shall be a possibility to turn on notifications (email alerts) on New Events created on subscribed cases/projects. The same shall apply to new file uploads. 

In our firm we have 1 person who uploads all file and creates events in our calendars. We miss very very much that there is not possibility of receiving notifications on those events. 

We need to make a note on every such event to receive notification.
