I have been using the B4T connector successfully for years. Starting two days ago, I began receiving an error message the connector attempts to connect with the QBO file. I receive the following error "Uh oh, there's a connection problem." Under view error details (for Developers), there is a message "There is no sandbox companies found for the user."
I've worked with B4T customer service via live chat but ultimately I was told the issue is on the QBO side.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled B4T connector, restarted my laptop and cleared all cookies on Chrome, cleared temporary files in Chrome and on my laptop, tried using Edge for the connection, etc. I have confirmed that the connector works correctly with a QB desktop file.
I have no idea what to do, I don't want to have to re-enter all payments and more than that, have to deal with manually importing invoices.
