There should be an intake form that autopopulates a new client, rather than having to add the information manually.

  I agree.  I was just about to post the same thing and I see Leslie beat be to it.  This should be an app on a tablet that clients can use to input their information whenever they checkin thus allowing the same information to map over to the Bill4Time client /project window.

  Having an integration would also solve this.
