There are few notes I've noticed since using Bill4Time Payments:
1. Client Trust Account Disbursements should not generate automatically on the payments page unless the disbursement is made to the Firm for an invoice payment. Disbursements to third parties per client instructions are not payments that enter the firm's general account.
2. When using Bill4Time Payments, there is an option to insert a "PAY NOW" button on the invoice. That step requires a PDF of the invoice to be made using the system. I would suggest that: 1. There be an option to make a PDF of the statement from the statements page instead of a new window opening having to print to a PDF and 2. There be an option to add the "PAY NOW" button to invoices as well.
3. When clients make a payment on the Link2Pay payments page, if the payor contact information does not match the client information on our system, a new client is automatically generated for that payor. If possible, please make this an optional feature.
