Saving Activity and Activity Codes

When creating a batch time entry if you are not using a client/matter that uses ABA codes the "activity" doesn't save to the entry nor does it copy to the next line when corresponding option is selected.  

Also, please please please make it where you can type the ABA or non-ABA codes instead of having to remove your hands from the keyboard.  

Also, unlimited batch options.
