You have save.  You have next.  But not a save and next button.

  Hi Owen,

  After further review of your comment, we wanted to reach out for clarification on your request. You reference Pre-bills, are you referring to reviewing entries to prepare them as ready for billing?

  If so, then you can use the "ready for billing/next," button. This will save any changes you make to the time entry (and update the invoice), and move to the next entry to be reviewed.
  
  Once each entry has been marked as ready for billing, any changes you make will update on the invoice.
