Contractor Reports

I need to be able to do a contractor report that shows me their billable $ and payable $ PER CASE. Currently, it runs all cases together under one client.

The payable wages needs to be based on whatever that contactor is paid out at, including overrides per line item in cases. Some of my contractors make different hourly wages within the same case. This morning they may work for $100/hr and this afternoon $50/hr depending on their task.
