Because I use this software in tandem wth project management as well as tracking billable hours to send to my internal accounting persons through their QuickBooks system, My primary goal for this product is Project Management to properly Bill and an organized talley of time for accurate billing to my clients.

So with all that said, I enter many items in the NOTES field to explain what is happening with my project.

It would be great to have that notes dialogue box show up longer and taller so that i could see more than 10 letters of text.

Also: I How many charachters are allowable?  could it track it as I am typing.

Then most importantly, It I could format those NOTES entries with bullets, paragraphs etc like what is shown here.  I have to enter detailed descriptions in NOTES to accurately  archive historicals and a diary of the project change orders etc.   -- THANKS for your consideration.

  I second this idea. I am looking for software that is able to have a report that combines all notes from the "services" section. Without showing the billable rates or amounts due but still showing the hours logged.
