Auto-Calculate Durration

When creating a Time Entry, I enter the "start time" & "end time", and then I must calculate and enter the "labour time".

Could the system by default calculate and auto-fill the Labour Time field?I would like to see this feature both on the website portal and on the handheld device.

The truth is, I will sometimes modify the Labour Time anyway, but having it auto-filled with the correct quantity of time would speed the data entry process and help reduce possible human error.

  Basically I am not using Bill4Time despite having a monthly subscription because having to manually calculate the amount of hours and not being able to create a service on the go via Mobile is a show stopper for me. It makes the application kind of hard to use remotely in the field via BlackBerry

  I don't understand why this is not functional. What is the purpose of having the start and end times if the program is not set up to calculate the time?

  I totally agree with this suggestion. We are evaluating Bill4Time and consider auto-calculation of duration to be an essential - and easy to implement - feature. Making the user calculate time manually after entering start and end times defeats the purpose of the program.
