Need Options for Statements

I would like to have the option to show only outstanding balances on statements.  Currently, the client's entire transaction history apperars; this is useful too but we should have options.

  With Statements there is date option so you can choose the date range of activity you want to show. We will also be adding many awaited Statement advancements in the near future!

  Has this option every been implemented? If not, how has this been handled?
