The ability to show what you want on the bill is important. Sometimes I don't want to show my billable rate each time, or the time spent on each item. Give the flexibility so we can customize to our business and our unique situations.

I agree with both comments. If I choose to hide the hourly rate on the invoice then the "Hours/Rate" heading for the column should only read as "Hours." Greater flexibility on invoicing would be great.

Run either the User/Client/Project summary report. This will have the dates, client/project, rate, labor amounts. Thank you for your feedback!

I agree with the OP and the other Users. Running the Summary Report is fine if it's a one-time request, but this is very common for many of our clients who we bill time on a monthly basis.

(I wouldn't really consider this issue "Done" as the "solution" is really more of a "work-around".)

This feature was added within the system which is why the ticket is marked as "Done". If you edit your template you have the option to turn off the "Rate" column. You can then turn on the "User Hour Summary" in the Invoice Add Ons section which will then show the total hours spent on the invoice per user, their rate, and total amount. This will show at the bottom of the invoices.
