Remove the Bill4Time logo from the bottom of emailed invoices
First, I love the idea of being able to email clients invoices. However, until a few things are fixed, I can't use it (but I REALLY want to): Priority #1 - The Bill4Time branding at the bottom of the invoice is tacky at best, and confusing to clients at worst. It seems to me that any advertising benefit that this may afford Bill4Time is very small. None of my clients care, (nor do they want to know), what I am using to manage their invoices. Priority #2 - It would be nice if the email invoice feature would also provide a hyperlink that I can insert in my own, personalized email to my clients. The above two changes would make my life easier, and would allow me to use the email invoice feature. Thanks for a great product!

Agree 100% with the above. This has potential to be a great improvement that should save significant time!Additional enhancements that would make the feature more user friendly: 1) Email should indicate it is coming from the invoicing party not "invoices@bill4time.com"; 2) Ability to send invoice to multiple contacts at client; and 3) Printer friendly button on invoice website so client can easily print/save pdf copy invoice.

Important: Clients are not paying via the email system because they think they've received spam.
So...
Please give option to customize from and reply-to address on emailed invoices (no invoices@bill4time).
Make my custom email keep the same general format I typed it in. It does not maintain spacing.
Pretty serious issue. People are not paying, which is against the whole point of it.
OTHERWISE, everything seems great.

This particular feature is currently in the works (being able to customize the address the invoices come from). We are hoping to get this released in the next few months and once it is released we will notify all users and instruct our users on how to utilize this change. Thank you for your feedback!

Thanks for the quick answer.
This is taken from one of my sent invoices and shows what I mean about it not showing the proper email address.
