Sync with any calendar would be great. We don't use google, we've got Outlooks and iCal, synced through a program called xcconnect.

We are on Macs and use iCal. iCal can sync like Google calendar and, I believe, both are based on the same structure. Syncing the B4T calendar with our desktop calendars would be very beneficial.

I really would love this as well. Our firm uses Google Calendar and it would be great if there was integration. Apple, Google, Yahoo, Mozilla are all use the CalDAV specification, so presumably you could provide integration with several of the most popular calendar apps in one swoop if Bill4Time also supported CalDAV.

What is the update regarding dual sync? The calendar sync function does not work well.

I concur.  Two way syncing between bill4time and major calendar apps would be extremely helpful.  The fact that I cannot add an event in my local calendar (Google, Outlook, etc.) that will then sync with my bill4time calendar makes it very hard to use.
