FUNCTION FOR TRACKING ENGAGEMENT LETTERS

I would love to have a box to check off indicating that the client engagement letter has been sent out and that tickles reminders to follow up on getting a signed return copy.  Once you get the signed returned copy, there should be another checkoff indicating that the client or matter has an executed engagement letter and maybe even be able to upload a copy for storage.  Most states require lawyers to have engagement letter and it's a pain in the ass to track as a solo.

P.S. - love your program.  Been using it for a year and it makes life very easy for me.

  The tracking would be nice, but even more fundamental would be the ability to send out an engagement letter as a pdf attachment, so that I can use bill4time  contact information that I collect, ie, email address and email the engagement letter before any billing happens.
