    Yes, please. It was not clear that emailing an invoice this way required the client to log in. I would have avoided this option if I had known.

    Great idea!  My client's don't have issues with the portal (that I know of); however, having an audit trail showing when and to whom invoices were emailed would be very good.  If the functionality is there to track when (and from what IP address) the portal is accessed to view an invoice, that would be great as well.  Thanks!

    I don't use the client portal/email invoicing features because there is no way to review when the invoices were sent. This would be much easier than having to dowload PDF copies and email them to my clients manually.

    After you send invoices you can hover over the email icon and it will tell you the last time it was sent. Also, if you click the envelope icon you will see an "Email History" tab. Not only that but you can go to Reports and run the "Invoice Email" report to see when invoices were sent and who they were sent to. Thank you for your feedback!
