Invoice email history and client portal tracking
CompletedI email all of my invoices using the invoice email feature. It would be nice to see a history of when I emailed them the invoice notification. This could be done either on the Bill4Time site, or simply a 'copy-to-me' option which would CC me on that email. It would also be nice to see a record that the client actually logged in and viewed the invoice.
Also, for the client's ease of use, just allow me to attach the invoice to that email, so they don't need to us the portal if they don't want to. The less steps they have to take to pay, the better.

Great idea! My client's don't have issues with the portal (that I know of); however, having an audit trail showing when and to whom invoices were emailed would be very good. If the functionality is there to track when (and from what IP address) the portal is accessed to view an invoice, that would be great as well. Thanks!

After you send invoices you can hover over the email icon and it will tell you the last time it was sent. Also, if you click the envelope icon you will see an "Email History" tab. Not only that but you can go to Reports and run the "Invoice Email" report to see when invoices were sent and who they were sent to. Thank you for your feedback!
