While I know we have the ability to upload our firm's logo so that it can appear on invoices, the size is so small that the logo always looks fuzzy when printed. We've tried many different versions and different file types and it always appears fuzzy. All of the text in the invoice is crisp and clear but the logo looks slightly blurry, which looks a little silly next to the very crisp text. Clio allowed us to upload our standard logo (without the size restrictions) and it always printed very clearly. Can the log file size be made bigger so that our logo is crisp and clean when printing?

  I agree, the logo and company name is so small it looks silly. The logo is usually a big design consideration seeing it can really help establish the overall company impression and brand. The dashboard and invoice logo look distorted and disproportional to the rest of the page. When I compare my dashboard logo to Bill4Times website logo mine is easily half the size. Is there anyway to increase the allowable size for both the dash and invoice?

  You can upload a larger set Logo to the invoices itself (Settings - Invoice Setup to edit the template) without the constraints of the "Company Logo" tab size limits. You can also send your logos to Support@bill4time.com and we can resize and reformat them for you to make sure they are the best size and quality on the invoices.
