TIME ENTRY = Service Ticket ….. must have * Email Client Alert OPTION *
Hello. Your time and billing system is phenomenal! I love it.
I am ready to sign up all our user immediately; However, there is just 1 key feature missing that I must have to run my business.
When a customer calls, emails, text's us … and notifies us of an issue, we must enter a "service ticket" and notify them that we have received their request.
FEATURE REQUEST: On the time entry screen, I would need to have:
- A Field with picker - CLIENT CONTACT
- A checkbox - NOTIFY CLIENT CONTACT
- A Status Field - OPEN / IN PROGRESS, CLOSED READY TO BILL
We thank you for your consideration. I have written my own system but it does not have billing. We are currently using my service ticket system along with quickbooks online. Again, we would love to implement your system ASAP.
