Limit users to access to the contacts

Whatever contacts and their details are entered by me in System are also open for my users to use. I strongly feel  that there should be a way to restrict or limit the other users to access the contacts.

Please enlighten me with your views on this so that the Bill4Time would consider to implement this feature.

  Bill4Time should implement this feature, that is, Bill4Time should implement the feature for Admin to limit user access to all contacts or only a few contacts in their account for nearly the exact same views and reasons that Bill4Time currently implements the feature for Admin to limit user access to all clients or only a few clients in their account.
