Daily Billing Report

I could really use a report that shows the detail billing for each user that is subtotaled by day.  This report would allow me to check to see who is making their billing quota as well as catching entry errors (e.g. more than 24 hours entered per day).  The Time Entry Report could be modified to achieve this result.
