Please note the request below from one of our attorneys (Mark Carman):
"Have we asked Bill4Time if their software can create a typical statement showing invoices and payments for a specific client for a specified period. The report we’re using has odd things like “Multiple Batch” and things that will be confusing for a client. A typical statement would show dates, invoices, and payments and account balance."
I've sent similar requests a few times, and was told that it's been sent to the developers for consideration. Could you please escalate the request, as it's becoming more and more necessary to customize statements to fit our need. (Specifically being able to choose date parameters, along with just showing the invoice, payment, balance due, as Mark Carman notes above.)
