    When changing the rate, it does change for all unbilled activity. If you would like the rate set from a specific time period you can contact Support at Support@bill4time.com and we can lock in those past rates for you for now.

    It would be great to be able to set the rate per project with the default being the client's base rate. I would also be more flexible if you could switch to flat rate for projects. Sometimes we have different contractual arrangements with client for different projects.
