Allow for more than one billing rate per client
PlannedFor some clients you may bill varying rates for different activities, or your rate may increase over time; right now if you change your rate it changes it back to the beginning. It would be good to set a rate with an "effective date" or a "rate1" and "rate 2" option

When changing the rate, it does change for all unbilled activity. If you would like the rate set from a specific time period you can contact Support at Support@bill4time.com and we can lock in those past rates for you for now.
