How do I integrate with Quickbooks?

Note: This application only currently works with PC computers.

Bill4Time can integrate with QuickBooks Pro, Premier, Enterprise, and Online for PC.

What will import is all Finalized invoice totals, so total of time and expenses, any payments, or adjustments made in Bill4Time will import. None of the line items or details of the entries import, only the totals of what was billed. Follow the steps below to download the application.

1. From your Bill4Time system, scroll down and click the Downloads link
2. Click the link to the QuickBooks Connector. A file will download
3. Click on the download and follow the step-by-step instructions
4. After loading, the application will start automatically
