Make sure that you are in the correct Quickbooks company file, the one that you want to use the integration for.
Verify the file path on your company file by doing the following:
- Click into your QuickBooks account
- Click on File
- Hover over Open Previous Company (this will show the exact path of your file and this is where you will be pulling this into the Settings for the QB Connector)
- Click on the Browse button in the Settings of your QB Connector and use the verified file path
Note: Do NOT create a copy and put it on your dashboard, and use that path for the Quickbooks integration. The integration needs the original file path in order to function properly.
