Does the invoice import again if I imported it to QuickBooks before but then made to it in Bill4Time?

No. Once you import the invoice, it does not import again if it's adjusted. If you make change to an invoice in Bill4Time that has already been imported into QuickBooks, you will have to go into QuickBooks and manually put that change into that invoice as well.
