Option to Get Rid of Service Performed or Service Summary Box

Our "Service Performed" and "Service Summary" is ALWAYS the same. However, sometimes the "Copy From Above" box becomes deselected if time entries are edited. It would be really nice to have the option to get rid of that second box altogether so we didn't have to worry about it.
