It should be possible to customize the amount of time before the invoice email link expires, including a setting that would prevent the link from ever expiring.

  The option to prevent invoice email links from expiring has been implemented within the System. You can access the Invoice Email Link Expiration setting by visiting the Client Portal tab within your account settings.
